How does it work?
Upload a photo of your child or grandchild that was born between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2013. Entry fee is $10 and will include publication in The Daily Freeman-Journal on January 31, 2014.

Entries are due by Wednesday, January 22, 2014

Readers will vote online to determine who they feel is the cutest baby born in 2013.

The person who submitted the winning entry will receive $50 in Webster City Chamber Bucks

Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period.
