How does it work?
Upload a photo of your child or grandchild that was born between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2015.
Entry fee is $10 and will include publication in The Daily Freeman-Journal on February 19, 2016.

Readers will vote online to determine who they feel was the cutest baby born in 2015.

The person who submitted the winning entry will receive $50 in Webster City Chamber Bucks

Can I still play if the contest has already started?
Yes. As long as it is still within the voting period you can still enter a photo. However, to have maximum voting days submit your entry by February 9th, 2016.
